Set as the outcome card: If Set is found in the Outcome position of a reading, then look out for delays and opposition at every level.
It may well be that you are experiencing opposition, however, it’s also true that sometimes your greatest enemy is yourself in this situation. Are you holding yourself back in some way? Is there some form of self-sabotage going on in your life? 
And are you absolutely sure that you want to go ahead with the plans that you are asking about?
