Only you will really know which one of these statements holds true. And it may be this uncertainty that’s making you feel a little on edge. Anubis always finds what is needed, so trust that you will know what is right for you.
Remember, he’s a guide, and the message here could be that you are still waiting for the path forward in some way. You’re either waiting for it to appear, or you are waiting to start taking it. Humour can sometimes be used to displace emotions (illustrated by the fact that this is one of Anubis’ traits) – is this what you are doing to diminish your feelings. Also there’s a feeling that you need to be diplomatic, when it’s the last thing you really want to do. And that it’s making you uncomfortable. Acknowledge this, even if it feels awkward.
